The police uncovered a gang of fraudsters. During the raid, she seized luxury cars, jewelry and pearls

The seven detainees were accused of the alleged crime of evasion of taxes, fees and similar obligations, which, according to the police, they committed in the form of complicity.

This is a group of Czechs and foreigners who controlled the operation of a group of 180 companies from January 2021 to January 2023. A white horse and a conniving person were placed in their leadership, said Ji Matzner, a police officer from the southern Czech Republic, at a press conference. To put it simply, the fraud involved people employed in companies and tax machines.

The gang did not only operate in the south of the Czech Republic, but also in other regions of the Czech Republic. The company made phone calls. They told the policeman that his laziness was behaving like modern-day slaves.

The case is exceptional because they managed to save the pensions that should have been taken out of the state budget. So maybe it won’t end with the fact that there will be a big deficit for the budget, but that the money could be returned, Martin Janeek, the editor of Finannho ada for the Jihoesk region, said.

The first impulse to reveal the whole case managed to appear in 2021, first on the financial order. Janeek added that the entire case was explained from the quality analytical work of the financial report. Then the criminologist and customs officials got into the action.

When it came to the investigation, the inspector and the customs officers conducted twelve house searches, seventeen non-residential premises searches and seized nine apartments. A total of 37 intervention groups participated in the event. It had to happen at the same time so that the perpetrator could not be contacted.

The inspector secured the insurance, boat data, tax stamp and payment card and personal documents. They immediately found euros and crowns worth five million crowns and moved nine luxury Porsche, Mercedes and BMW custom-equipped cars to the police station. There was also the non-legendary core of the weapon. They seized pearls, luxurious perches and watches. In the end, they secured 20 million crowns in cash, and 11 million in cash.

The accused faces a penalty of five to ten years in prison. It is possible that the penalties for criminal activity will increase.
