They block courts and authorities, documents are not presented. A wronged businessman is behind the dangerous sect

--

There are many of these different groups of “Czechoslovaks”, please do not confuse them with the self-proclaimed “living people” or with the party (Peterková, Zítko and others) that is restoring the allegedly illegally divided Czechoslovak Federation. You may be surprised to find that these groups hate and fight each other. We will also deal with these groups in other parts of Řetězák.

Today, however, let’s focus on a group that can be described as a self-styled sect Association of Legitimate Creditors of the Czech Republic (SLVČR). They claim that the Czech Republic and all its authorities are corporations that have no legal influence over them.

Why corporations? Well, because they have an ID number. And because the division of the state took place illegally and against the will of the citizens of Czechoslovakia. Therefore, no personal documents are valid in their logic. That is why they are fundamentally not proven by them.

Since 2019, the group has been nationally wanted Jan Machacek, whom the police refer to as a dangerous person. He writes on his website that in the Czech Republic we have literally unidentifiable individuals who impersonate the “government”, “MPs”, “judges”, “policemen”, “executors”, “officials” without having any powers.

Wanted Jan Macháček

In order to understand why this group is constantly disrupting the operation of various institutions, it is necessary to look at the past of the aforementioned Macháček. A builder from eastern Bohemia had negotiated a lucrative contract in Germany in the early 1990s, but in the meantime the Czech police accused him of fraud and forbade him to leave the country. Only years later it became clear that the deed did not happen. But no one returned the agreed trade. In 2006, he obtained roughly four million in compensation, but according to him, the state owes him 2.2 billion crowns.

From an ordinary businessman who has been feeling wronged for almost 20 years, over time he has become the leader of a group that insults and overwhelms various authorities and incites others to do the same.

Unfortunately, the members of the sect often become people in foreclosures who believe that this will somehow erase their debts.

That people act under the weight of their unhappy financial situation is also proven by the fact that a dramatic increase in the number of supporters of these groups occurred in the world in 2008, i.e. at the time of the global economic crisis.

What is “identification”?

It is a pseudo-legal act based on which supporters Community of legitimate creditors of the Czech Republic they demand that they be granted the citizenship of the Czechoslovak Republic and claim that they are the real creditors of the Czech Republic and that the state owes them money. They consider the Czech Republic to be illegitimate, and therefore even holders of Czech citizenship have (according to their teaching) no rights, but therefore no obligations towards the state. The identification of legitimate creditors should have already been carried out by the German and Swiss courts, which legitimate creditors often refer to. Identification is another element that is strikingly similar to the ideology of the so-called analogical movement. Sovereign citizens (Sovereign Citizen Movement, SCM) known from the USA. The ideology of Foreign Sovereign Citizens stems from anti-Semitic, racist and radical anti-state conspiracy theories and has played a role in a number of serious crimes.

Legitimate creditors fully launched their activity during the covid pandemic, but they came to public attention in April 2023, when they broke into a closed hearing of the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, where a decision was made on the detention of Petr Včeliš. He was accused and subsequently sentenced for growing half a ton of cannabis in underground containers in the Broumovsk region.

Včeliš’s wife was present, and a small child was also present in the courtroom. The police had to deal with the tense situation.

But these groups do not only operate in the Czech Republic. Similar associations were established in the 1990s in the USA, where the FBI identified them as extremist and terrorist movements. And you may recall the German branch of the Reich Citizens, which was arrested by riot squads across the country the year before last December, as they were planning an armed coup, including taking over the ministries and parliament in Berlin and re-establishing the German Empire. You would also find similar groups in Austria or Australia.

SLVČR is trying to create distrust in the system and catch other people, including seniors, in its net. Calls for takeovers appear in chain emails, and it is common for the group to be backed by a number of scammers who rely on the gullibility and naivety of those in need.

Take a look at today’s episode of Řetězák on the video, in which you will also find footage that was created during the activity of the SLVČR itself. Follow us on podcast apps too.
