What about working in the emergency room and how did you get into intensive care medicine?
I originally worked in the anesthesiology-resuscitation department and helped out in the emergency room as an extern, then I started full-time. Olomouck urgent is one of the very first in Esk and will soon celebrate twenty years. The same idea was to centralize acute care in one place, so that the patient does not have to travel to individual clinics for specialists and circulate between hospital pavilions, which was possible until then and was not entirely comfortable. So today we have both ambulances with general patients and those where specialists work. In essence, we are a small polyclinic here, operating twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

In the past, a dealer appeared here, just selling a substance similar to ketamine or phencyclidine with anesthetic ink. When the hunter got used to it, he basically put himself under general anesthesia.
