Genuine fights with axes, maces and swords. Yes, Sovinec Castle will once again turn into a battlefield. Action Godmother death during the weekend of May 4th and 5th and on the national holiday of May 8th will transport visitors to the castle deep into the Middle Ages. Two groups of historical fencing in Sovinci will present their fighting and acting skills during the weekend. The famous swordsmen Bibus Spiritus from Prague will present the renewed premiere of the swordsmanship legend Valdštejn’s death. An elite musketeer regiment Corporal will perform three of his stories.
On Wednesday, May 8, heavy-armored men in full armor will appear in Sovinci. It will be none other than the Moravian fencing legend MARKUS – M.
At Sovinci, of course, they don’t forget even the smallest spectators, for whom Péťa Světošlápek has prepared children’s fairy tales for the whole day. There will also be a number of other fairy tales, including the one about the Gingerbread House and Donut. A demonstration of falconry and blacksmith art is also being prepared in Sovinci. Visitors to the castle will not be deprived of medieval dances and a demonstration of Gothic sword fights.
