The accident at Remus had an unexpected and very unpleasant outcome for the culprit

Yesterday around seven o’clock in the evening, there was a traffic accident near Remus in Pilsen, which had an unexpected and very unpleasant outcome for the culprit.

“We just arrived at the parking lot and heard a terrible bang. We ran there to see if anyone had been hurt and saw an accident where someone ran into parked cars.
The culprit tried to back out, but he couldn’t, so he got out and started telling us that it wasn’t that bad, that the police weren’t needed. Then he started running across the parking lot. My son and another gentleman chased him, caught him and brought him back. He then admitted that he was under the influence and didn’t make much of it.”
a quick witness described the event to us.

“The driver, born in 1993, was driving a Renault vehicle along Studentská street in the direction of Gerská, turned right and hit a parked Seat car, which, due to the impact, was bounced onto another parked Peugeot vehicle. The driver tried to escape from the scene of the traffic accident, but was detained by witnesses.
The police officers took the man over and performed a breathalyzer test on him for the presence of alcohol, which was positive with a result of 2.14 per thousand, and a drug orientation test that detected THC and cocaine was also positive. The driver subsequently refused a medical examination.”
a police spokeswoman told us about the incident, adding that the police are still investigating the case.

Of course, congratulations to both quick-witted men on a job well done!
