The Ústí Regional Court approved a plea agreement with the 42-year-old worker at a public meeting on Monday, May 6. They accused him of raping two girls who were not even 15 years old. The main victim, to whom the senate has now awarded non-property damage of one hundred thousand, was the worker’s stepdaughter.

One minor was not enough for a man. He also tried to please his stepdaughter’s friend, who was sleeping with her in the fall of 2023. He reached between her legs again, and when she woke up, he left it for a while and left. But after some time he returned again and continued, when the girl’s eyes were closed again, but she was no longer asleep. He left only after her invitation.

The main investigation in the matter was not even ordered, the man confessed to the matter. “The court approves the agreement on guilt and punishment,” the president of the senate, Vladimíra Kodatová, said on Monday, and according to the proposal of the prosecutor, she sent the worker to a prison with security for 5 years.
The judgment is final. “We give up,” said the defendant regarding the possibility of an appeal, as did the public prosecutor and the representative of the victim.
