PRAGUE – Two men were victims of a brutal attack when they were attacked by five foreigners! A random evening attack and robbery took place on December 6 last year in Bryksova Street in Prague 9. The attackers were unlucky enough to be spotted by a policeman on his off-duty, who immediately called 158. Police spokeswoman Kristýna Soukupová reported on the incident.
“The attacked men agreed that they were walking together towards the Black Bridge when they stopped and lit a cigarette on the way. One of them was suddenly hit by someone from behind in the head area, the same thing happened to the other injured person. Both of them fell to the ground as a result of this attack, but it didn’t end there,” explained the spokeswoman. The attackers kicked them and inflicted such injuries that they could not even defend themselves. Subsequently, one of the injured was also robbed of his payment card from his wallet.

“Another witness noticed the incident and shouted at the attackers to leave the man alone. When the perpetrators started running away from the scene, the witness tried to chase them, but was unsuccessful. So he turned to the nearby local police department, where he reported the incident,” added Soukupová. The policemen present here immediately started looking for the attackers, but since they lacked a description of the perpetrators, they had no chance of finding them. After the crime, the four perpetrators took public transport bus No. 240 in the direction of Běchovice. Another of them took bus No. 344 in the direction of Horoušany.
However, the police have obtained several camera recordings of the perpetrators, and are now asking the public for cooperation. According to the witness, it should be a man of foreign nationality, which he found out based on their communication during the attack. If you recognize the man, contact 158.
