Otrokovice will build new city apartments on the site of the old Hurdis houses

--

Because of me, the city demolished the old ground floor apartments in the same place, they are replaced by new blocks of buildings. Each of them will have two floors and will offer 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk apartments. They will have a balcony, a terrace and a garden, complete with a children’s play area, sidewalks and more.

It is about the construction of a new, modern house, which will not only make the entire locality more attractive, but will also provide much better living conditions for the residents, said mayor Hana Veerkov.

The city has a reduced state subsidy of 31 million crowns for twenty years with an annual rate of one percent. Construction costs are around 125 million crowns. At the moment, we are close to signing the contract with the contractor, said Veerkov.

In the second half of the fifth year, the construction of a municipal apartment building in Hlokova Street should be completed in Otrokovice, which has begun. The building will have three floors and ten 2+kk and 1+kk apartments. The investment will cost the town hall 28.3 million crowns, 17.5 million from stu zsk.

The inner block is designed as a quiet space with greenery, benches and the attractive possibility of building a small children’s playhouse for preschoolers, pointed out city spokeswoman Lenka Vaculov.
