She was disturbed from her peaceful slumber by the screams of other nudists that someone was stealing her bike. She looked back and indeed saw the young man disappearing with her machine. But what the thief didn’t count on was that a whole bunch of nudists would immediately get up from their blankets, hungry to catch the thief.
“It is said that the twenty-six-year-old thief unwisely chose the one that led uphill from several escape routes. After a few meters, according to the witnesses, he threw the bike away and ran to the local buffet, where a group of pursuers caught him anyway,” explained police spokesman Jakub Ghanem.
“One of the bystanders called 156, while the young man reportedly hid under the table top, around which angry beachgoers were sitting until the arrival of the city police patrol, so that he could not escape. It was not difficult for the officers to recognize the person in question. Apart from the fact that the others were constantly watching over him, he was the only one dressed among them,” added the spokesperson.
Due to the value of the bike, the officers handed over the case to the Republic Police.
