The Egyptian gunner scored his 16th league goal of the season and is two adrift of top scorer Haaland of Manchester City.

Liverpool recorded their 300th competitive win under manager Klopp, who will step down after nine years in charge at the end of the season.

Already in the eighth minute, Rodrygo guided the ball for a shot and hit the top corner of the goal from behind the goal. In the 73rd minute, he made a breakthrough in the penalty area again after a charge from the left side. The Brazilian winger scored his tenth goal of the season in the Spanish league, and with the goal he surpassed his scoring record from last year.

The best scorers of both teams were seen in the Girona – Betis match. Dovbyk scored twice for the home team, scoring one goal from the penalty spot. With 16 goals, the Ukrainian striker reached the top of the competition’s top scorers table, ahead of Bellingham from Real and Budimir from Pamplona. At the same time, Dovbyk became the second Girona player to score over 15 hits in one season of La Liga. So far, only Stuani has succeeded in the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons.

Betis managed to equalize twice thanks to Willian José, who has ten league goals to his credit. In the second minute of regulation, however, Stuani found a sharp cross from the left side in front of the goal and overcame goalkeeper Silva twice.

Girona confirmed their excellent home record, losing points in only two draws from the last 11 league matches. Seventh-placed Betis lost for the fourth time in a row.

San Sebastian secured sixth place with a 1-0 victory at thirteenth-placed Alavés. In the 59th minute, defender Pacheco scored the first goal in the competition.
