Jan Scholl, deputy for Rogoz, was imprisoned for seven and a half years for corruption and influencing the result in the third and second league in favor of Slavoj Vyehrad. In addition, the case demands a fine of 4.5 million crowns and a ban on football for several years.

Meanwhile, Mr. Obalovan was sentenced by the District Court for Prague 1 in another criminal case to a conditionally suspended sentence and a financial penalty of 3.5 million crowns, Scholle explained before the month.

The corrupt scandal around Roman Berber

On Tuesday, Rogoz declared at the Plzeň-msto District Court that he was crushed by the proposal of the state representative. The thoughts that run through my head are quite dark, was heard in his short and well-prepared speech, which he spoke in court.

he said that due to his health condition, he will be short. Vc wants to read on Friday, when he should be one of those defendants who speak to the judges right before that, not to be taken to their long deliberations about the verdict. I’ll try to read what’s on my mind, Rogoz hinted.

According to the preliminary draft, the judges would like to issue a verdict in the form of halves of red.

Rogozv lawyer Oldich Chudoba argued for about an hour, why the judges should acquit his client of all charges. Because the one described on the packaging is not a criminal offence.

In order for guilt to be decided, it must be proven that the act occurred, is a criminal offense and was committed by a specific person. Such a conclusion cannot be accepted in the given case, and not at all, that it would be surrounded by the members of a criminal group, insists the lawyer.

According to the cover, Roman Berbr was an organized criminal group in football, the others were, according to the dossier, Rogoz, Michal Knk, former referee and former referee Tom Grmm. In his report, the deputy prosecutor stated that the criminal organization was functioning in football, and even had more money.

Attorney Chudoba declared that criminal organizations did not exist in football at the time.

Where would she marry? Who started it? How did it come about? Knk lured her and approached the dalho? Or was it founded by Grmm, who, as a decision, made a fool of himself and created the conditions for it? Or Rogoz? Or was it Berber? In the position of vice-chairman of the executive committee, he founded a criminal group in order to influence the lives of the league and thereby consolidate his position? It’s not always logical, the lawyer in the Rogoz trial rejected the opinion of the packaging.

Chudoba pointed out that the evidence presented did not disprove Rogoz’s defense in any of the points. According to him, it was not proven that there was any offer from Rogoza for an influential rescue, no evidence was provided or that his client would develop any activity in this regard.

The last word

Berbr and his lawyers will appear in court on Friday. He was sentenced to seven years in prison, a fine of 5.5 million crowns and five years of criminal damage in football.

In Berbr’s case, a penalty of 450,000 kroner is fined, not suggested by the head of state in the case of packaging. In one case, according to Scholle, it is not proven that Berbr knew about an attempt to influence the rescue by Rogoz.

In addition to the punishment, he is demanding a death sentence from Kneko, who, according to him, was the only organized criminal group in football.

Wrapped up, Knk recovered in the right leg, but gradually backed away from it in the main leg. Therefore, I propose a non-conditional sentence of six years and eight months and a fine, said Scholle.

How the whole case started

Ppad began with Berber and twenty other decisions, delegates and functions in January 2020.

Until then, Berbr had acted as the mayor of the association, but he actually ruled football in the Czech Republic. In addition to being accused of influence peddling, there was also the fact that the Pilsen Regional Football Association prepared a fraudulent agreement together with other accusations, it was five, for a total of 2.32 million crowns.

Berbr spent several months in custody, as did Rogoz, a sports editor of Vyehrad. The court thus sent the referee Grmm and former first league player Knk to custody.

According to the cover, in May and June 2019, corruption was involved in Vyehrad’s five saves in this league, and then in August, he was involved in the second-highest match. Hundred-thousand-thousand-and-hundred-hundred-hundred-thousand-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-thousand-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-of-of-thousand-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-hundred-of-thousands-sketches-influential-collections-for-rescue-collections.

Grmm later received the status of a cooperating defendant. He was released from the court with a condition and a fine of 198 thousand crowns.

Miroslav Skla from Plzeň delegates the punishment. He agreed to an eight-month probationary period with a two-year probationary period, a fine of 48,000 crowns and a two-year ban from performing the duties of a delegate.

Another convict is Petr Tarkovsk, who, however, has nothing to do with football. The court sentenced him to an eight-year sentence with 18 months’ probation and a fine of 55 thousand crowns for negligently legalizing the importation of criminal activity.

Some court Marek Janoch received a suspended sentence of eighteen months, a fine of 350 thousand crowns and the loss of his business. He admitted to drinking a salary for a potentially influential save in this league.
