After the sprint, the riders had to qualify for tomorrow’s race. After the first part, it ended for Bottas, Sargeant, Ricciardo, Magnussen and Chou.

Ricciardo finished in fourth place in the sprint, but will start the race from the last place – in addition to the bad qualification, he brought a penalty (+3 places) from China for overtaking under the safety car.

Stroll, Gasly, Ocon, Albon and Alonso did not advance from the second part.

Max Verstappen took pole position at the Miami Grand Prix, and will be aiming for a third consecutive victory in Miami.

Leclerc will start next to him from the first row, Sainz and Pérez from the second.
