  • Xiaomi released a new 20,000mAh power bank in China
  • It costs five hundred and comes in two nice colors
  • Its built-in cable draws the most attention

Xiaomi is expanding its portfolio of accessories for smartphones, tablets and other electronics with a new power bank. It comes to the Chinese market with a price of 159 yuan, which in conversion represents about 530 crowns without tax, and comes in two color variants. She stands out the most built-in cablewhich can be considered both an advantage and a disadvantage.

Power bank with with a capacity of 20,000 mAh and a power of 33 W it does not surprise much with its processing, that is, if we ignore its apparently quite compact construction. When looking at the built-in power cable with a USB-C end, the first questions start to pop up. One might automatically ask what the point of such a gadget is, and I’ll admit that I’m not really sure myself.

The only use I can think of is never with a built in cable you won’t end up in a situation where you realize you packed a power bank in your backpack but left the cable at home. However, in connection with the compatibility of the power bank, the built-in cable appears to be an inconvenience at the same time – for example, when trying to hide the device in a bulky hand luggage, or in a trouser pocket or jacket, the cable will have to bend in different ways in order to turn on the pocket. Personally, I would be a little afraid of mechanical damage over time.
