Teplická glass factory AGC Flat Glass Czech won the Ústí Region Governor’s Prize for Social Responsibility competition. In the sixth year of the competition, the company won in one of the main categories – large enterprises with more than 250 employees. Second place in the same category was won by the sister company AGC Automotive Czech from Chudeřice. The football club FK Teplice, which is also part of the AGC, then won in the category of small businesses with up to 50 employees.

“The results of the competition confirmed that, at least within the region, AGC is one of the main drivers in the area of ​​social responsibility. Our companies repeatedly win this award, as well as many other awards. I am also happy for FK Teplice, which, thanks to its foundation fund, has become one of the leaders in sports clubs in the country,” said AGC Flat Glass Czech human resources manager Libor Sehnal.

AGC Flat Glass Czech won the Governor’s Award for the fourth time out of six held. FK Teplice won for the second time. The prize is announced annually by the Economic and Social Council of the Ústí Region with the Ústí Region and the Quality Council of the Czech Republic. This year, 41 entities from the entire Ústí Region entered the competition with seven categories. (among others)
