Breakthrough: “Yes, it can happen.” The manufacturer of the covid-vaccine admitted the threat

--

British server The Telegraph and DailyMail report that AstraZeneca has admitted in court for the first time that its vaccines can cause serious, and in some cases fatal, blood clots. The admission came in court as part of a class action lawsuit by several families who say the vaccine seriously injured them or even killed a family member. Their advocates believe that the compensation can reach up to 20 million pounds, i.e. 590 million crowns.

A document sent to the court by AstraZeneca states that the vaccine can “in rare cases” cause TTS, or thrombosis with thrombocytopenia. So the patient develops blood clots and at the same time has a lack of platelets.

Although this vaccine side effect has been known for some time, it is presented for example by SÚKL, according to The Telegraph server, this is the first admission from the company itself that their vaccine can cause this unwanted effect.

The first lawsuit against the pharmaceutical company was filed by Jamie Scott, a father of two who suffered an incurable brain injury the day after the vaccine – he had the aforementioned blood clot and bleeding in the brain. He has not been able to work since then. When he was hospitalized, his wife was allegedly called three times from the hospital that her husband was going to die.

Interestingly, the company responded to Jami Scott’s lawyer that they deny that, on a general level, the vaccine causes TTS. Which contradicts the document AstraZeneca sent to the court. In it, however, he states that TTS can develop even without a vaccine, so it would depend on the evaluation of experts in each case.

According to the Telegraph, there are a total of 51 lawsuits in the Supreme Court. If the company learns that the vaccine was the cause of serious side effects or even death, compensation may be paid on an individual basis. However, the company is being held liable by the British government, which has promised to pay the costs of the case, given that it has cleared the company of liability. In addition, the attorneys for the victims also state that the company’s vaccine is defective and not nearly as effective as the company claims. The company defends itself against these accusations.

Jamie Scott’s wife told The Telegraph they had been waiting three years for this confession. And that it is progress, but she would like things to move faster. “Hopefully their confession means we can sort this out sooner rather than later. We need an apology and fair compensation for our family and other affected families. The truth is on our side and we are not going to give up,” she said.

The law firm that is suing AstraZeneca then said: “It took AstraZeneca a year to officially admit that its vaccine can cause serious blood clots, even though this fact has been widely accepted by the medical community since late 2021. In this context, unfortunately, it seems , that AZ, the government, and their lawyers want to play games and rack up court fees rather than seriously address the devastating impact their AZ vaccine is having on our clients’ lives.”

AstraZeneca said they were sorry for anyone who had died or suffered health problems and that patient safety was their number one priority. And it refers to the control authorities. “Regulatory authorities around the world consistently state that the benefits of vaccination outweigh the risks of the extremely rare possible adverse effects,” he says, also saying that the safety of the vaccine is still within acceptable limits. It also cites that TTS was listed as a possible rare side effect by regulators in April 2021.

Independent studies, The Telegraph reports, then believe that the vaccine was highly effective and saved 6 million lives worldwide. The World Health Organization has also identified it as safe for people over 18 years of age. However, this vaccine is no longer used in the UK and when scientists discovered that it could cause blood clots, people under 40 started getting other vaccines because the benefits of vaccination no longer outweighed the risks.

The British government already has its own compensation program for vaccination victims, but victims complain that the amount of £120,000 is insufficient. According to data obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, a total of 163 payments were made. In 158 cases, it was those who were vaccinated with AstraZeneca.
