On the 27th of 1941, the SS-Obergruppenführer and General of the Police, head of the Security Service (RSHA) and the Security Service (SD) and Interpol president Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich, piloted a Junkers 52 transport plane to Kebelsk. On the same day that he was flying to Kebel, he had the head of the government, Elie, arrested and later executed.
