Yesterday evening after nine o’clock, a traffic accident occurred in Pilsen in Gerská street at the exit from Pilsen near the final stop of tram line 4, during which a Volkswagen Tiguan left the road.
According to witnesses, the driver driving out of town suddenly veered off the road to the right, where she crashed into the curb and subsequently into a street lamp post. She then backed out, tried to drive away, but hit a road sign and ended up with the car in a ditch. After this performance, the woman gave up trying to leave the place, got out and, to quote the witnesses, literally staggered away from the place somewhere.
Firefighters went to the accident, secured the area and carried out fire prevention measures, while the police began searching for the driver. After a while, they managed to contact her and explain that she had to come to the place. Upon arrival, the Ukrainian woman admitted to the police that she had drunk alcohol before driving, which was subsequently confirmed by a breath test conducted by the police.
Of course, among other things, the policemen who investigated the accident on the spot were also interested in the wheels of the car. One was on an empty tire and the other one was completely missing the shoes. However, this was explained by the kind of woman who arrived at the scene during the investigation and explained to the police that he was worried that the drunk woman wouldn’t go somewhere with the car, so he had deflated the wheels himself.
However, as you can see, even this highly unusual security measure did not work, and the woman still drove off with the car.
“I can confirm that the police subjected the foreign woman to an alcohol test, which showed a value of 2.19 per thousand,” the police spokeswoman added that the police are still investigating the incident.
Of course, the Ukrainian will soon be charged with the criminal offense of Endangerment under the influence of a drug.
