The Olomouc Reduta hosted the Valentine’s Day benefit concert, which took place on February 22 and, in addition to an unforgettable experience, brought almost sixty thousand crowns for the Children’s Clinic of the Olomouc National University. The recording of this event was published on May 1 on Natália Tichánková & 4GOOD’s YouTube channel with a link to the Children’s Clinic donation account. Anyone who can still support children now has an ideal opportunity.
Natálie Tichánková with the band 4GOOD, the Moravian Philharmonic in Olomouc and guests such as Peter Cmorik, Renata Drössler and the Pelčata Children’s Choir joined together for the benefit of small patients from the Children’s Clinic of the Olomouc University Hospital. Conducted by conductor Jan Kučera and moderated by Mark Berger, the concert offered not only music, but also kindness and emotion. “Big and small musicians and a wonderful audience created an evening where music, kindness, joy and emotion mingled. For the unique atmosphere, we decided to spread the good intention further. May 1st is the time of love, and it was on this day (May 1st, at 9:00 a.m., on Natálie Tichánková & 4GOOD’s YouTube channel) that the recording of the concert was launched with a link to the donation account of the FNOL Children’s Clinic. Every person can thus contribute to the improvement of income clinics for waiting children,” says Iveta Gronská, producer of the concert.
Those who missed the event can experience the Valentine’s benefit concert of Natália Tichánková & 4GOOD again on May 1st and also support the Children’s Clinic of Olomouc National University. “The Moravian Philharmonic joined forces with leading Olomouc musicians. She not only played together for Olomouc, but also helped the little ones. At the moment, sixty thousand crowns are collected for the children, which is a wonderful amount and I am truly grateful to everyone who participated in a good cause. At the same time, from May 1, those who missed the concert or missed this divine event will have a chance,” says Jonáš Harman, director of the Moravian Philharmonic in Olomouc.
“I wanted to wave at the children to the hospital from a full hall. This intention was fully fulfilled. It’s still unbelievable to me how everything fit together. Performers, sound engineers, lighting, technicians, production team, photographers, cameramen, radio, post-production team… I am extremely grateful that everyone was with me and a record was created that can still help children,” adds singer and actress Natálie Tichánková.
The funds obtained will help equip the interiors of the children’s clinic, especially the ambulance. “On behalf of the Children’s Clinic of the Olomouc University Hospital, we would like to thank the organizers of the Valentine’s benefit concert, especially Mrs. Iveta Gronská, as well as the performers led by Natália Tichánková and her band 4GOOD. A big thank you also goes to the Moravian Philharmonic orchestra led by conductor Mr. Jan Kučera and the program director of Radio Haná, Mark Berger, who moderated the entire concert. We were very happy for their joint idea to donate the entire proceeds of the concert to the needs of our clinic. From the beginning of the concert, all the performers together with the audience created a fantastic atmosphere, which then carried through the entire concert until its end. We would like to invest the funds obtained in improving the interiors of the clinic, especially the ambulances, which are always the first place in the clinic where sick children and their parents find themselves. We would like to equip the ambulance with wall applications that children can play with while waiting for an examination, colorful furniture and other equipment that will interest our young patients,” concludes doc.
