We have renewed the advance sale for the theater performance Just the truth, dear

The accompanying program of the Zlín Film Festival is not only about discussions, film workshops, virtual reality and a number of activities for children and their parents or grandparents. Again this year, we are including the theater comedy Just the truth, dear, in the Friday program. Our presenter duo Dana Morávková and Jan Čenský will once again play the main roles.

The comedy about infidelity, in which lying is like a race, by the most played French playwright of today, Florian Zeller, has something of the tradition of the highest French boulevard in it. The performance, directed by Antonín Procházka, promises great performances and a lot of fun in the story of four Parisians and their (un)secure relationships. You can look forward to it on Friday, June 31 from 7:00 p.m. in the Eva Jiřičná Hall in the Zlín Congress Center.

Michael (Jan Čensky) must lie because otherwise he cannot stand the situation in which he has been cheating on his wife with Alice for six months (Štěpánka Křestyanová), the wife of his best friend Paul (Joseph Carda). Fortunately, they have a perfect system, so no one can match their ratio, and therefore they cause no pain to anyone. But one day the system breaks and Michel’s wife Laurence (Dana Morávková) as if she was beginning to suspect something.
And what if Paul comes up with everything on top of that? Or is it completely different? Michel is not at all prepared for the possibility that the tables might turn. And events take an unexpected turn…
