“RESIDENTS” AND FRIENDLY HOUSING

The second largest South Bohemian exhibition HOBBY, for the second time connected with the national food fair CZECH FOOD EXPO, starts on Thursday 9th and ends on Sunday 12th May.

“At this year’s HOBBY, visitors will find inspiration, advice and direct sales of caravans, caravans, built-ins and accessories. Last year, we were convinced that this is what visitors are increasingly interested in, so we want to accommodate them, and we have expanded this section this year.” said the chairman of the board of directors of the České Budějovice Exhibition Center Mojmír Severin. He added that the economical housing pavilion will definitely be worth a visit. It will present new trends, for example in the field of wooden buildings, insulation, photovoltaics or heat pumps.

The HOBBY exhibition is a traditional exhibition especially for do-it-yourselfers and gardeners, sellers offer many types of seedlings, seeds, trees, shrubs, as well as garden equipment or household items. “Our company has been exhibiting at HOBBY for many years. And we have many customers thanks to this event. Visitors here have the ideal opportunity to view and try everything in peace, including, of course, news. Our expert staff will be happy to provide them with all the information about specific machines.” he says Pavel Jindraowner of the company ELVA PROFI s.r.o., which offers construction, agricultural, garden and municipal equipment as well as battery-powered tools.

HOBBY CHILDREN’S WORLD AND HOBBY SPORTS

Children’s HOBBY WORLD is prepared for children with a wooden creative corner, creative workshops, children’s contact ZOO and other activities. Within the HOBBY SPORT section, South Bohemian sports clubs from professional to hobby clubs will be presented. They will be aimed mainly at children, who will have the ideal opportunity to test their strength against the young members of the clubs and get detailed information about recruitment.

“On the weekend, visitors can look forward to combat sports matches, on Saturday in the Octagon, on Sunday there will be a competition for children and juniors in TAEKWONDO,” said the press spokesperson of the České Budějovice Exhibition Center Michaela Ceňková.

MODELING SHOW, RALLY EXHIBITION AND HUNTING PAVILION

Other attractions of this year’s HOBBY undoubtedly include the weekend model show in pavilion T2, which will be full of radio-controlled models of trucks, agricultural or military machines.

Lovers of fast cars will certainly be pleased with the exhibition of racing cars, which will be in pavilion R3 for the entire duration of HOBBY. There will also be an exhibition of trophies and paintings with a hunting theme in the hunting pavilion. The South Bohemian trumpeters and Mikeš, the výdrýsek, will also perform here.
