On Náměstí Míru in Pilsen, a petition event was held by Jindřich Rajchl’s PRO party, which was connected with a discussion between citizens and representatives of this party. There were a lot of topics for discussion.

Pilsen, Peace Square. The stand of the PRO party, where people could sign two petitions and a so-called resignation to the government. “Because I don’t agree with the adoption of the euro, and the government has been annoying me for a long time,” said the man signing the petition. Another added: “And I also don’t agree with the euro, the adoption.” Another woman signing the petition had the same opinion: “Well, we don’t want the euro to be adopted.”

Every citizen can now learn at the petition stand why Petr Fiala’s government should receive such a notice. Of course, it’s a symbolic thing. We don’t expect Mr. Fiala to throw in the towel, pack his bags and voluntarily leave the Straka Academy, but it is part of such a broader campaign,” said Michal Hašek, candidate for the European Parliament for the party. The chairman of the PRO party in the Pilsen Region, Daniel Šváb, added: “Most people are mainly interested in the non-petition part, and that is actually the letter to the government of Petr Fiala, the so-called resignation to the government of Petr Fiala, because everyone has had enough of what the current government has done in two years . That’s why the alternative parties are here, the new ones, the opposition ones, not yet parliamentary. We hope we can break through. It will be such a big springboard for us, a springboard.”

There were a lot of topics to discuss here. “Of course, these are current topics, such as migration, such as the adoption of the Euro, such as our sovereignty, getting rid of the right of veto, and so on. But they are probably most interested in the solution,” said party chairman Jindřich Rajchl. “We are the party that has prepared a complete program for the restoration of the Czech Republic, and I always proudly say that we are the only one,” added Ivana Turková, chairwoman of the party’s control commission. “It’s basically part of our pre-election campaign, which we called a hundred stops to the elections. There are even more of them, but the hundred works better there, and basically we travel all over the Czech Republic to meet people so that they have the opportunity to listen to us, to ask us live about anything they are interested in. People should really know what this country is about and what the elections decide and what they are really about,” concluded Jindřich Rajchl.
