The Czech Republic is expecting cloudy weather with showers at the weekend, temperatures will rise above 20 degrees Celsius. Thursday will still be without precipitation and with highs of up to 20 degrees during the day. This follows from the information of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (ČHMÚ) on its website and on the X social network.
“Today we are expecting mostly sunny weather. During the morning, mainly in the Czech Republic, cumulus clouds will begin to form, but they should not be so developed that showers fall out of them,” said the ČHMÚ on https://twitter.com/CHMUCHMI/status/1788416851426369671. After a cold morning with ground frosts in places, temperatures will rise to 16 to 20 degrees Celsius today. “Even the wind, which is expected to be weak to moderate from the north, will not particularly reduce the temperature,” the meteorologists added.
Towards the end of the week, the weather in the Czech Republic will be affected by a weakening cold front advancing from the north. The sky should be mostly cloudy on Saturday, meteorologists expect occasional showers in the north and northeast on Friday, more often on Saturday. Rainfall will stop on Sunday.
Temperatures will rise to 21 degrees Celsius on Friday and Sunday, and 22 degrees on Saturday. In the Northeast, which the cold front will affect most significantly, Saturday’s daily maximum should not exceed 19 degrees. After the weekend, meteorologists expect partly clear weather with showers, and from Tuesday, rain. Temperatures should continue to reach above 20 degrees Celsius during the day.
