ÚSTECKO – Criminal investigators from the line of violent crime have registered 12 robberies since the beginning of the year, of which they have already managed to solve 10 robberies.
Ústí criminologists from the line of violent crime managed to clarify the cases of two robberies in Krásné Březn and Všebořice. Two young people (16, 17) looked for their victim at a public transport stop in the evening at the end of April, and then drove with them to the place where she got off. In both cases, it was two young men. They then followed them from the bus stop for some time and then attacked. They demanded money or a mobile phone from the victims under the threat that they had a weapon.
Based on the statements of the victims and the analysis of camera systems, criminal investigators identified possible suspects. During interrogation, the youths confessed to both robberies. They have never been punished in the past.
He is currently facing a felony charge of Robbery. The aforementioned crime is punishable by imprisonment ranging from 2 to 10 years. In case of conviction, it is imposed as a juvenile half penalty (for juveniles, the punishment is called criminal measure), than that imposed on an adult offender.
