Prague, May 9, 2024 (PROTEXT) – Just a few steps from the Můstek metro station, a colorful exhibition of technological innovations called Czech Industry Photo unfolds in Na Příkopě street. Until May 15, the public can get to know how magical the world looks under a microscope, for example, or when plasma plays the main role, for free through artistic photos and accompanying stories. Prague is the penultimate stop of this traveling exhibition, whose large-format paintings visit ten cities in Bohemia and Moravia every year. The seven-month educational mission will then be concluded in Pilsen.

“We appreciate the high attendance and feedback from visitors, which confirms to us that the continuation of this educational project in physical and online form makes sense. The initial intention was to creatively present to children and youth everything that the word INDUSTRY contains, as well as new fields and interesting innovations, with attention also paid to (grand)parents, who influence this group in their choice of future studies and profession. However, in the course of the implementation, it became clear that the scope of the presentation was also considered beneficial by another group of people from supplier companies, teachers, investors, journalists and other fans of technological innovations.” stated Kateřina Škopková, the founder of this traveling photo exhibition.

Czech Industry Photo is realized without state subsidies with the support of enthusiasts, cooperating entities, associations and partners who see importance and meaning in creative industrial education.
