The readers of F1sport were most impressed by Norris’ performance in China – F1sport.cz

For the second time in a row, the readers of the F1sport website did not award the highest mark to the victorious Max Verstappen, but to the second driver at the finish line. This time it was Lando Norris.

Although McLaren did not have high expectations before the weekend in China, they ended up taking second place in Sunday’s main event from Shanghai thanks to Lando Norris.

The performance of Norris was also appreciated by the readers of our website, who gave the British competitor an average mark of 9 points.

Just behind the McLaren pilot was Max Verstappen, last weekend’s winner, who took pole position in China and subsequently won both points races, including Sunday’s grand prix. The Dutch received an average of 8.5 points in our survey.

The third best-rated driver was Fernando Alonso, despite the fact that the Spaniard only finished seventh on Sunday. However, the Aston Martin driver earned a high mark of 8.1 mainly due to the fact that he was seen a lot throughout the weekend and also managed to set the fastest lap of the race.

None of the other riders got past grade 7. The closest to her were Charles Leclerc (6.8) and Sergio Pérez (6.7).

Lancia Stroll from Aston Martin, on the other hand, did not succeed, who drew attention to himself during the GP of China by colliding with Daniel Ricciardo before the restart of the race at the end of the 26th lap. Apparently, the Canadian received a very below average grade of 2.2 for this reason as well.
