The hard-working cleaner Vilma, who appeared in the new episode of the reality show Utajeny sef, was brought to tears by her superior. The gift she received from him hid an unprecedented secret.
In the latest episode of the reality show Secret boss went among the employees in disguise Ondřej Salaba, managing director of Warex, which is engaged in the production of residential containers. While moving around different workplaces, he got to know several of his subordinates, who he watched closely to see how well they were doing their jobs.
The story of the cleaner Vilma got him
During his inspection, he also met a hard-working cleaning lady Vilma. During the break, she confided in him about her relationship with her children. Ty has three in total – two adults and one small son. Unfortunately, his relationship with his older children is at freezing point today.
“They broke it completely. I have a little third son here. I’m glad I have this baby. He is my little angel, so now I put everything into him. I tell myself they are adults. They have their families. They have to go through it and experience it all to know what it really is,” Vilma sadly confided to her boss, whom she thought was a new part-time employee.
She also added that she is already a grandmother. However, because of his relationship with his children, he does not even see his grandchildren. She still doesn’t know why her son and daughter turned their backs on her.
Saves on reconstruction
Vilma she also revealed that she and her partner are currently saving every penny to upgrade their house. “We have money, we bought a barrack four years ago. We just live, go to work and swim… We live our own life,” said the cleaner with a modest smile.
After all, Vilma got two reprimands
Ondřej Salaba was completely satisfied with the work performance of the cleaner Vilma. But two things bothered him. The first of them was that Vilma does not use protective gloves when cleaning and working with chemicals. The second complaint was that cleaning was usually not carried out as it should have been. However, the boss acknowledged that the fault is not on Vilma’s side, but on the side of the workers, who unnecessarily add work to the cleaner when they pollute the already cleaned premises.
“The cleaning is slow, but it’s not because of you, it’s because of everyone else,” said the boss to Vilma. “Hats off to you. For how careful and detailed you are. I smile in front of you,” the boss praised Vilma.
An unusual gift
The boss admitted that he had a bit of a problem with how to present Vilma. And for a long time he thought about what gift would make her the most happy. In the end, he therefore decided to solve the situation in a truly unconventional way.
“When you told me about that break, how your children behaved towards you, how your family works, I decided a bit like Solomon to leave the choice of gift to you. I prepared a box of chocolates and in each box there is one present. And it’s up to you to choose which gift you get. And fate will decide what it will be,” said the boss, handing Vilma a box of candies.
As the cleaner Vilma picked one and unwrapped it, her eyes welled up with tears before she could even read the full text of its contents. At first she couldn’t even speak. At first she could only say thank you. Only after a while did she finally reveal what was hidden in the candy.
“Family is important for every person. Accept the sum of 50,000 crowns to beautify your home according to your ideas.” Vilma read aloud what she had received from her boss. “Someone will say 50 thousand… But for me it’s a lot,” said Vilma with satisfaction.
She then used part of the money to buy school supplies for her son, who entered the first grade. From the rest, he and his partner bought a new kitchen unit.
And the other workers didn’t leave empty-handed either. One of the employees, a jazz lover, got a trip to New York from his superior, another got a comfortable couch and the last one – a trip to the island of Tenerife not only for him, but also for his whole family.
