Question:

Hello doctor, a month ago I had an intestinal problem when I was in about 6 public toilets and a construction toilet, unfortunately I had an accident at the very first one when I was really in a hurry and I hit my glans a little on the board until I bled a little, of course in a hurry I didn’t deal with hygiene in any way, in other toilets I can’t rule out that I touched the bowl with my penis, and washed the wound with water several times and wiped it with hand towels, but everything healed after two days of itching in the urethra, after a few days of pain in the kidney area, after 14 days frequent urination but without other symptoms, only loss of appetite, persistent pain or rather pressure. After the next 14 days, the pressure in the kidneys remained, the doctor did not know what to do, CRP was normal, basic blood tests also only showed proteins for two crosses and ketones in the urine, she did not do any further analysis. I was frightened by the urine after peeing in the morning, darker but clear and after a few hours completely cloudy, see the picture, now there is pressure in the kidneys, on the perineum, occasional stinging in the lower abdomen, nothing when urinating but sometimes stinging, the opening of the urethra is sensitive but only slightly reddened and not all the time, maybe as I keep checking. Pressure in the lower abdomen but frequency of urination normal. Do you have experience with something like this?

thank you for answer

Answer:

Good day,

I don’t think you have to worry about any STD infection. You can’t even get infected this way, transmission is really only through sexual intercourse. However, it might be advisable to get examined at a urology clinic, to rule out a urinary tract infection and at the same time to examine the prostate with an ultrasound. I don’t see any pathology in the attached picture.

Best regards
