His transport colleagues are investigating the cause of the collision. In the collision, which took place before four o’clock, one of the drivers was rather slightly injured.
“A similar accident happened nearby on Tuesday as well. Drivers got off at Blučina, where there is a shuttle service and complications arose. That’s why this time we diverted traffic already at Hustopečí,” added spokesman Chaloupka.

Five units of professional firefighters also responded to the collision. “They secured the scene of the accident and the crashed cars against fire. During the collision, the fuel tank of one of the trucks was damaged,” Filip Venclovský, spokesman for the South Moravian fire department, described the situation.
He added that the firefighters covered the leaked diesel fuel with a sorbent and pumped approximately three hundred and fifty liters into prepared barrels.
