When the Kastners from Těchlovice transferred their house in good faith to their daughter, in which the eighty-three-year-old woman was born and has lived there all her life, they had no idea what kind of trouble they would cause. Due to the debts that their daughter subsequently incurred, the house ended up at auction and has had a new owner for a long time.

However, the old couple continues to refuse to leave the house, and if they do not do so by April 5, the executor himself will evict them based on a court decision. The Novinky.cz server informed about the case.
The city of Stříbro, under which Těchlovice falls, tries to help the elderly, but they refuse any help. “I visited the Kastner family several times with the head of the social department, Daniela Pleskačová. We offered them help in the form of providing a city apartment or DPS. They refused to help, but they have contact with us. Today, based on information in the press, we discussed it again with the manager and we will stop by them again. We will repeat the help, but they have to want it. Humanly, it’s a very sad story,” the city’s deputy mayor, Karel Lukeš, told Deník yesterday. “The lady from Boskovice even called today with an offer of accommodation. But unfortunately the Kastners don’t want to leave the house,” he added.
The Kastners’ family home ended up being auctioned in 2017 due to their daughter’s debts. However, the seniors do not recognize the auction and the new owner and refuse to move out. And this despite the 18-month condition imposed on them by the court the year before for the offense of unauthorized use of someone else’s house. “By executing the execution, we enforce our earlier decision that the original owners of the property continue to use it illegally,” Olga Reiserová, the president of the Tachov court, told Novinka. According to their legal representative, it is impossible for the seniors to leave the house voluntarily. “The woman refuses to leave the barracks. She was born there and lived her whole life. The man is reconciled to the situation, but he will not leave without his wife. They have nowhere to go. I will try to reverse this unfavorable situation,” explained the lawyer.
