Xiaomi recently launched a new fan Mijia DC Inverter Floor Fan Pro, which is characterized by an elegant design, smart functions and low consumption. With summer approaching, it will come in handy in every home, but for now it is only available in China. But it is not excluded that he will also look to Europe, either through the official route or through Aliexpress. Mijia DC Inverter Floor Fan Pro impresses at first glance minimalist design with a thickness of only 8.7 cm, so it won’t be too much of a hindrance even in the winter somewhere in a shed when you don’t use it. In addition, it comes with a storage box where you can fold it.
The fan offers various control options, including standard Bluetooth remote control with a range of up to 30 meters. In order not to lose it, you can attach it directly to the fan using magnets. But most people will use it in combination with the Xiaomi HyperOS Connect ecosystem (and in China also the Xiao AI voice assistant), so you can control it with your phone and possibly create all sorts of automations. For those who prefer manual control, touch buttons are available on the fan.
Fans from Xiaomi have a mode natural wind and the Mijia DC Inverter Floor Fan Pro is no exception. This mode simulates eight different types of air flow inspired by real environments such as lake shores or terraces. Of course, there is also a direct blowing mode with 100 speed settings.
About himself the fan does not have a battery, which is a bit of a shame. It can be powered via a classic cable or a power bank. Xiaomi states that a power bank with a capacity of 10,000 mAh can power the fan for up to 22 hours at the lowest setting. In terms of consumption, it consumes only 1.9 W on the first stage and is also characterized by low noise, which reaches only 26.8 dB, so you can use it even in the bedroom.

As written in the introduction, the new fan is currently only available in China and at a price 399 yuan, i.e. approximately 1,300 crowns without tax.
