That’s the bomb! Khamzat Chimaev finally has an opponent! A former champion awaits him

Nate Landwehr vs Jamall Emmers – Landwehr Winner 2.45

I don’t really understand this rate limit, so I’m happy to take the rate on Landwehr. Emmers is certainly a solid fighter, but I wasn’t impressed with his performances against weaker opponents than Landwehr. Landwehr narrowly lost to Dan Ige, but Ige is a fighter who ranks well ahead of Jamall Emmers. Landwehr has fast starts in his matches and tries to push from the start. In addition, he has very good cardio, wrestling and grappling skills.

Jammal Emmers took the fight three weeks before it took place for the injured Pat Sabatini. In this fight, he will have a big arm span advantage and if he keeps his distance for the whole three rounds, he can think about winning on points. But I don’t see him as a significant favorite, and the odds on a complex Landwehr must be used. For the brave, there’s a bet on Landwehr to win by submission at odds of 9.95!

Andre Petroski vs Jacob Malkoun – Petroski wins 2.77

Petroski (4-1 UFC) has the ability to fluidly switch stances and is a big threat on the ground thanks to his grappling under Renzo Gracie. Petroski’s tenacity and resilience carry him through tough matches and show his determination to win. Although Petroski can boast impressive grappling, he has already hesitated a few times against opponents with a better attitude. Petroski needs to be careful to secure a victory over Jacob Malkoun. The key for Petroski will be to stay in control and take advantage of opportunities to push his ground game.

Jacob Malkoun (3-3 UFC) is known for hard hitting and knockout power. Malkoun’s ability to dictate the pace of the match and control the distance gives him a significant advantage in position. In order to defeat Petroski, Malkoun must be prepared to defend against takedowns and avoid grappling exchanges, which Petroski excels at. Everyone will probably go into the fight with a clear plan and the odds should be balanced, so 2.77 seems like an obvious choice.
