The Supreme Court rejected the appeal of the shooter from the labor office. He confirmed his life sentence

Life is the worst punishment that justice can impose. Dvok could theoretically go and file a case with a civil court.

In Prask, the courts found the veteran aircraft designer Dvok guilty of murder, attempted murder, attempted murder, illegal weapons storage, and damage to foreign property. In 2022, Martin Zelenka, chairman of the Senate of the Supreme Court in Prague, stated that it is an indisputable and indisputable fact that Ji Dvok was the accused perpetrator of the criminal acts. According to him, it is absolutely evident that he was driven by vindictiveness.

The first of these was committed by Dvok on June 25, 2021, when, in front of his former workplace, he pissed on a colleague, whom he blamed for the loss of the employee, and threw sulfuric acid at her. After the flow, the woman had to spend a few weeks in the outpatient clinic. She didn’t fall only thanks to the fact that she had time to turn to the tank.

The police searched for Dvok in his apartment in the crack Libni. The rest of them were demolished and covered with firecrackers. One of the policemen was slightly injured by the armed group. According to the verdict, this was done in such a way as to hit the landlady of the apartment in the head and neck.

The days after the affair with a colleague, Dvok went to work in Vinohrady, where he broke into the office of the woman who in 2016 removed him from the list of job seekers. The mother of two dt was bedridden and undressed. The bedridden woman succumbed to her injuries in hospital.

A few hours later, a policeman arrested him in the center of Prague. He had a pistol with him, which he had modified in such a way as to reduce his insensitivity. In his car, the police found a shotgun made from a plumbing pipe.

According to the cover, Dvok had been preparing for the event for a long time, he took the weapon in 2015 after a work accident. Later, he received a court order to move out of the apartment in Libe, where he failed to pay the rent. So he was sentenced to ten months’ probation for extortion and defamation. In April 2021, the court notified him of the final hearing, at which his sentence was changed to prison. That’s why he decided to take revenge on him, and also on other people, with whom he had disputes in recent years.
