Did you think that Robert Fico is the most controversial Slovak politician on European soil? Error. MEP Miroslav Radačovský took out a white dove from a black bag during his supposedly last appearance in the European Parliament. Check out the new episode of Political Bizarre.

“I would like to release this dove as a symbol of peace. Let this dove fly across Europe and unite us all,” Radačovský said during his ascent. With the release of the white bird, he “trumped” his Belgian colleague Philippe Lamberts, who after his speech invited everyone in the room for a farewell drink.

Slovak pro-Russian politician Radačovský got into the European Parliament five years ago from the far-right Kotlebov party. In Strasbourg, he already tuned in to Robert Fico’s political tone in the past – for example, in January of this year, he called for an end to sending weapons to Ukraine.

“Let’s stop supporting the killing of Slavs. Because if you don’t stop, it may happen that we Slavs will unite, brother with brother, and I believe that one day we will unite and turn Western Europe into a lawn,” warned the MEP. Even though another MEP objected to Radačovský at the time, who shouted: “Panslavist!” The Slovak politician was not intimidated and replied: “Shut up, shut up.”

Fico’s statements made many brains boil. The most interesting part, however, is said to have fallen off camera (full article with video here)
