IN At the same time, 56 people from six wards submitted inquiries to the Pardubick hospital. Ten of them are from the anesthesia-resuscitation department (ARO). Nova TV reported it on Tuesday. Kateina Semrdov, a spokeswoman for the Pardubice Region Hospital, told the television that the medical profession at the hospital is not at risk yet, and the doctor’s progress can be taken as pressure on the management before negotiating with the unions.

According to Semrdov, the day before Easter, 13 percent of patients at the Pardubice Hospital filed a complaint. “There is no immediate threat at the Pardubice hospital,” she said.

According to television, the answers are for no reason. “It’s a conflict that arose between the doctor and the hospital management,” said ARO doctor Jn Moteick. “We can assume that behind this step is also an effort to put pressure on the employer before the upcoming negotiations with the trade unions,” said Semrdov. According to Nova, the deal will take place this week.

Hejtman Martin Netolick (3PK/SOCDEM) pointed to the amendment to the end of the work, which, according to him, is misunderstanding. Now it shows in the interaction between individual years, he added.

The approval of the amendment to the end of work, which was supposed to allow the doubling of the volume of voluntary work hours for nurses to 832 hours, caused protests by 100 women in the Czech Republic last year. Because of this, some of them terminated their Pesas work contracts. On the basis of their protest, this amendment was annulled, so that the hospital can give each employee 150 hours of leave, and an agreement must be concluded for another 416 hours.

In January, the Pardubice Region Hospital Company stated that even in their hospitals wages will increase by 15,000 crowns per month, other workers will have an eight percent cut. According to the company, the unions have agreed on the final form of the collective agreement with its leader.
