Outward migration: Americans are moving to Mexico for a cheaper life

--

The cost of living in some US cities is starting to become unbearable. San Francisco should be a model. In the Californian city famous for its retro trams running up lazy hills, people often pay up to a million dollars for real estate (23.5 million crowns). In order for them to pay the average wage, they have to pay at least three times the minimum wage there.

The situation is not much better in other areas either. Half of the population of the federation stated that the housing situation is one of the most pressing problems they face. Due to the nature of American capitalism, people often have to choose between paying for it or basic health insurance.

For old people, the situation is difficult. Many of them do not have pensions and their productive years are coming to an end. This percentage of the population decided to exchange their work for a job in another country.
