Black metal legends Marduk are returning to Prague. They will play in Futura next Thursday

--

Already on April 4th, Prague’s Futurum Music Bar is preparing for a concert massacre that will not leave any fan of extreme music alone. Legendary Swedish black metallers Marduk return to Prague to showcase their diabolical art and plunge fans into darkness and mayhem. Marduk belongs to the top of the black metal scene. Band leader and guitarist Morgan Steinmeyer Håkansson started the dark group in 1990 more as a death metal formation with black influences, but it became famous for an early deviation to the extreme position of black with relentlessly fast drumming and a distinctive melody. During its more than thirty years of existence, the Swedish quartet has not been deterred by various controversies, often associated with war themes and anti-Christian ideas. As part of his tour called “Memento Mori” (not to be confused with the string of a famous synthpop legend), he will promote the still current recording of the same name. This pack will be accompanied on tour by three other great bands. Black/death metal band Skaphos, who are famous for their bewitching and dark sound, will come from France. Dutch Doodswens will bring raw and aggressive black metal, American Origin will stir up the crowd with their death-grind carnage. Come experience hell on earth full of blasphemy and brutality. Tickets are available on Ticketmaster, GoOut or on the website of the organizing agency Obscure promotion.
