This is claimed by the head of Harabin’s election team, Miroslav Jureňa, who published the call on the website of the monthly magazine Extra plus.

After several hours, Harabin denied that he had supported Pellegrini. “It’s a hoax, some kind of Jureň’s partisanship,” Harabin responded for the website Aktuality.sk.
“This is not my statement. We have banned the entire team and I have not authorized anyone to make a statement on my behalf,” added Harabin.

After the first round, Harabin emphasized that there is a very strong order for a national president in Slovakia, Slovakia must not be drawn into the war in Ukraine, will never send Slovak soldiers to Ukraine and will promote a peaceful solution to the conflict in Ukraine.
“These are my principles, which can be compared to which parts of the program Mr. Pellegrini signed up for,” added Harabin.

Saturday’s first round of presidential elections was won by Korčok (42.5%) ahead of Pellegrini (37%).
