This was announced on Sunday by the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Marija Zakharova. Dugin was killed on Sunday night when a bomb exploded under her car at full speed on the highway. The target was apparently her father, the Kremlin ideologue and philosopher Alexander Dugin, who got into another car before that.

“Russian law enforcement agencies are investigating the death of Darya Dugina. If the Ukrainian trace is confirmed, – and this version was expressed by the head of the (separatist Ukrainian) DLR Denis Pushilin, and it must be verified by the competent authorities, then we have to talk about the policy of state terrorism carried out by the Kyiv regime,” Zakharova wrote in her Telegram channel.

The adviser to the head of the Ukrainian president’s office, Mykhaylo Podolyak, responded today that Ukraine was not involved in the explosion of Darya Dugina’s car.

Alexander Dugin was hospitalized after the incident. According to preliminary reports, his daughter died in front of his eyes as he drove his car to pick her up.

The incident should have happened near the village of Bolshoye Vyazemy near Moscow. The Land Cruiser Prado exploded while driving, hit the guardrails and caught fire. The owner of the car, Darja Duginová, who was in the cabin, reportedly died on the spot. It is possible that the target of the attack was Alexander Dugin. According to the media, he and his daughter had a joint program, they participated in the Tradition festival near the metropolis.
