“On the D5 highway, at Exit 107 Stříbro in the direction of Rozvadov, we are eliminating a diesel leak from a truck after a traffic accident. A passenger vehicle crashed into the tank of the truck,” Petr Poncar, spokesman for the fire department, informed in the morning.

8:27 am

Traffic in Tymákov was complicated by an accident involving two cars. There were no injuries in the accident. “We have taken fire precautions and secured the site,” added Poncar.

9:29 am

Another traffic accident occurred in the village of Hlavňovice. A tractor and a passenger vehicle collided here. Two people ended up in the care of doctors.

“On the spot, the rescuers took care of a woman born in 1987 and a man born in 1990. Both were transported to the Klatovské hospital with minor injuries,” specified Mária Svobodová, spokesperson for the rescue service.

11:31 a.m

“In Blovice, a car drove through two fences and ended up on the property of the fire station,” a fire department spokesman said

The accident resulted in minor injuries. “The traffic accident probably occurred due to the health indisposition of the driver, approximately 65 years old, who was transported without visible injuries to the Rokycan Hospital for observation. A 75-year-old woman with a minor injury is being transported along with him,” said a spokeswoman for the emergency services.
