The floods tore through a piece of the meander. A new island was thus created in Litovelské Pomeranian Voivodeship (Monday March 18)
An unusual event took place in Litovelské Pomoraví. After the winter floods, an island on the Morava River was formed in one place of the protected landscape area. More info.
How is Martínek doing? The boy from Mohelnick is starting to rehabilitate (Tuesday March 19)
At the end of August last year, the parents of two-year-old Martínek from Mohelnick started collecting money for the boy’s treatment. Now, roughly half a year since the start of the campaign, Martínek is in Montpellier, France after surgery and his condition has improved significantly. The parents informed about it on the campaign website. More info.
Accident and fire. There were also complications on the D35 (Wednesday March 20)
Wednesday morning was difficult for the firefighters in the Olomouc region, they responded to traffic accidents near Olomouc and one fire at an upholstery workshop and garage in Přerovsk. More info.
Bambula leaves Mora! He should head to the competition (Thursday March 21)
The hockey season is over and, like every summer, there will be changes in the HC Olomouc hockey team this year as well. The first is the departure of Jan Bambula, which the club confirmed today on its Facebook page. The fan favorite spent a total of five seasons at Hana, unofficial reports talk about his signing in Vítkovice. More info.
